Pryority Inspections was founded by
Gabriel Pryor, Sr. January, 2000; however, the inspection profession
started six (6) years earlier, while inspecting structures [hundreds of
homes, commercial buildings and properties] for the city of Memphis. As
he enters into his fifteenth year of the inspection business, Mr.
Pryor and Pryority Inspections have the passion and vision to offer a
much needed service to the community.
Pryority offers a staff of trained professionals, which includes an
administrative assistant, inspectors, and environmental consultants. We
are professional and congenial while adding punctuality as a trademark.
While growth is the best way to serve our community, exploration will
teach us better ways to approach a changing and needed service.
Pryority Inspectors have completed over 3000
inspections since inception. We positioned ourselves to learn and adapt to the needs of
buyers, sellers, agents, loan officers, and other professionals within
the real estate, commercial and investment property business.

The HOME INSPECTION is a thorough, in-depth visual
examination of the structure and operating
components of the home performed by trained
professionals.
A trained inspector
will be at your home for 1 to 2 hours. And you're
invited to follow the inspector step by step. We
want you to come along and see for yourself. Ask
lots of questions. We expect it. Finally the
inspector will review the report with you to make
sure you understand everything. Our inspection
service takes pride in every inspection we perform.
